Privacy Policy

RMF Solutions respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the RMF Solutions website, for what purpose we use it and what rights you have.

RMF Solutions is currently an MVP-phase project. After formal incorporation of the company (Wdrażaj AI sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company), we will update this Policy, particularly the data controller section.

01Data Controller

The data controller is currently the RMF Solutions team. For data protection matters: info@rmfsolutions.ai. After incorporation, Wdrażaj AI sp. z o.o. will take over this role.

02Scope of Data Processed

Contact form data (name, company, phone, email, message content). Automatically collected data (IP, browser type, access time). Direct correspondence (email, phone).

03Purposes and Legal Basis

Contact and inquiry handling (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). Marketing (consent, currently inactive). Remarketing and analytics (cookie consent). Legitimate interest (site improvement).

04Retention Period

Form data: for the duration of inquiry handling, up to 12 months from last contact if no cooperation follows.

05Recipients

We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing. Trusted processors: hosting provider, Google Workspace, Make, Tally, Meta, Google.

06Transfer Outside EEA

Any transfer outside the EEA complies with GDPR Chapter V (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the supervisory authority.

Request correction of inaccurate data.

“Right to be forgotten”: deletion of your data.

Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO in Poland).
